    How often do boxes go out?
    Coffee Cargo boxes will be shipped on a bi-weekly basis. You should receive K-Cup® delivery no later than 4-6 business days after the day it ships via USPS.
    Do you ship to PO Boxes?
    Yes, we can ship to a PO Box.
    Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. However, we hope to offer international shipping in the future.
    I didn't receive my box this month. What do I do?
    Email support@coffeecargo.com. We will get back to you within 2-3 business days!

    How will I be billed?
    The credit card you have on file will be charged at the time of signup. To change your subscription or to cancel, visit My Account.
    What is your cancelation policy?
    Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing us at support@coffeecargo.com. If you purchased a 3, 6 or 12 month plan you will continue to get shipments for the length of or your initial subscription, but you will not be charged again.
    How often will I be billed?
    You will be billed when you sign up, depending on the subscription option you choose. At the end of your subscription period, you will have the option to renew.
    My subscription period has ended. How do I renew my Coffee Cargo subscription?
    No need, subscriptions are automatically renewed!
    What payment options are available?
    Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. BitCoin coming soon.

    How do I change my shipping address?
    At the top of the page, click on 'My Account' and then log in with your email and password. From there, you can update the shipping address for your subscription or gift. If a gift has been claimed, the recipient can manage the address themselves.
